Software isn't just about understanding requirements and writing code. Discovery and design are essential pieces in building something great that works for our users, but it can be hard to reconcile traditional design methods with Agile development.

Although we have the same goals, we sometimes struggle to collaborate and work together well.

Dual Track is one way of working that reconciles the two and ensures that discovery work can happen concurrently with development and allows teams to ensure that design is an integral part of its process.
