Teams

On a project, how well your team works together may determine whether your project succeeds or fails.

It takes work to build a good team and it takes time for a group to become comfortable with each other and effective working together.

Interestingly, Google's research on teams has indicated that psychological safety is the most important dynamic of a team, and concluded that

who is on a team matters less than how the team members interact, structure their work, and view their contributions

With that in mind, consider how your team is interacting and supporting each other and try to be intentional about continuously improving.
